Yes, both Linux- and Windows-based AMIs from the Marketplace can be used, as long as:
The AMI doesn't require a subscription.
The AMI exists in the region specified for the Lab Resource in the Class template in Strigo (default is the eu-west-1, Ireland region).
Note: If you need to use an AMI that requires a subscription, please contact us via the support chat button on the bottom right corner of the screen.
If you cannot use an AMI from the Marketplace, Strigo also lets you use custom AMIs in your class templates. More information on that can be found here.
