This guide explains how to set up and use learner satisfaction surveys in your virtual classroom sessions.
Overview
Learner satisfaction surveys allow organizations to collect structured feedback from participants during virtual classroom sessions. Each organization can maintain one survey template that trainers can deploy during their sessions.
For Administrators
Setting Up Your Survey
Navigate to Strigo's admin dashboard (Lounge)
Navigate to Account settings
Select "Satisfaction survey" from the left menu
Click "Create survey"
Give your survey a name and add your questions
Click the "Done" button at the bottom of the page
Note: The supported question type is a 1 to 5 rating scale.
Accessing Survey Results
Survey results can be accessed in two ways:
Per event results - You can view and download survey results for individual events by visiting the event summary page once it has finished
βAggregated results via VILT report - You can view an average score per class template, as well as an overall average score, by visiting the reports section.

A confirmation dialog will appear - click "Confirm" to send the survey to all participants

Best Practices
Consider deploying the survey near the end of the session while learners are still engaged
Allow sufficient time for completion (recommended: 5 minutes)
For Learners

Note: Surveys must be completed during the session and cannot be accessed afterward.
