In the scenario where a learner wishes to ask a question, they can utilize the hand-raising icon. At this point, it becomes the responsibility of the current classroom presenter to grant the attendee the option to unmute themselves. The attendee will then receive a pop-up message notifying them that the presenter would like them to join the conversation and unmute themselves.

In the case of a finished event, please follow the steps below to verify the event link:
Access the Strigo Admin Console.
Navigate to the "EVENTS" tab.
Choose the "Finished" option.
Locate and select the specific event by its name or any other identifying information.
