While working in your lab, you may sometimes stumble into an error that looks somewhat like so:
This may happen due to different reasons (network-related, or otherwise). When that happens:
First, try and refresh your browser.
Otherwise, if you're in an on-demand course, you should contact your course provider. Your course provider is the company you've registered for the course with.
If it's instead an instructor-led event, you should contact your event's host.
