Strigo says it cannot connect to my lab. What should I do?

You see an error stating that "We have encountered a technical issue while connecting to your lab". What now?

While working in your lab, you may sometimes stumble into an error that looks somewhat like so:

This may happen due to different reasons (network-related, or otherwise). When that happens:

  1. First, try and refresh your browser.

  2. Otherwise, if you're in an on-demand course, you should contact your course provider. Your course provider is the company you've registered for the course with.

  3. If it's instead an instructor-led event, you should contact your event's host.

  4. If all of the above doesn't help, you can always contact Strigo's technical support by clicking the chat icon at the bottom-right of this help article.
