The goal of this article is to help you troubleshoot audio video issues you or your students may experience while using Strigo's communication panel.
If there are any issues that relate to the A/V session, users can select the Troubleshoot button, which will reset the session for them, as well as send diagnostics to Strigo so that we can troubleshoot on our side, and ensure sure we continue to improve our service. Here's how:
Select the gear icon below the video
The audio/video settings appear (notice if you have any errors)
Select Let's try and get it fixed
Select Run Troubleshoot
